     Some other foods that help fight inflammation are onions, cinnamon, tart cherries, pineapple, and carrots. Another thing we ladies often fight is bloating. Some good foods to battle the bloat are:


     It's a hard thing to change the way you have eaten your whole life but sometimes it can be for the best. I've personally cut down on our processed food, trans fats, and soy products. I can definitely tell a difference if I eat processed food after a while of not eating it. I know there are some more things I could cut out but I love my dairy and I struggle even thinking about it not being in my life. Have any of you tried the Endo Diet? How has it worked?
